Do you ship internationally?

We sure do!  We offer International Shipping to many regions. We are generally able to ship to many international locations. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will promptly inform you about it. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Where do you ship from?

We have one main shipping location: Shanghai, China but also we can deliver from our dealer’s location.

Can I return an item free of charge?

Yes, if the device has not suffered any intentional damage, it is possible to return it before the expiration date of the warranty period.

How long does your product warranty last?

For a period of one year after the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”), RinoNav warrants the Products only when it’s used in accordance with the instructions described in the User Manual. RinoNav does not warrant that the Customer’s use of the Products will be error-free or uninterrupted. However, RinoNav will correct, at its own expense and as the Customer’s sole obligation and exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty, any reproducible Error in the Products or replace any defective Product provided that such Error is reported to RinoNav by the Customer in writing. During the warranty. Period, and that the Customer provides all information that may be necessary to help RinoNav resolve the Error, or sufficient information to allow RinoNav to recreate the Error.

I’m having trouble using the RinoNav product I’ve purchased. What do I do?

Do you provide technical training?

Yes, RinoNav technical team provides regular on-demand online training sessions at its Headquarter office. If you require technical training, feel free to reach out to your sales representative to schedule the session, based on your availability.
